Summer Break is here and in full swing. Fun right? It can be. I usually plan the whole summer out and have park days, field trips, hikes and adventures, and pool time all scheduled. This way I can't back out because it is in ink on the calander. Take this week for example. Monday we had friends over to swim and after dinner we enjoyed an amazing (at least I enjoyed it) FHE on Helaman's Army. Today we did nothing. I did some laundry (a never ending story in itself) and attempted to clean the home (attempted because I do have six kids in the home). We did run some errands and stopped to play at a park for a while. Tomorrow being the 4th of July we have dad home with us, so we will enjoy our neighborhood breakfast, send my oldest to High Adventure Camp (aka high stress camp for mom) and then we will enjoy our nation's birthday doing who knows what. Thursday we will spend the day at Wheeler Farm and then perhaps a dip in the pool. Friday we will clean the home and veg out at home.
You know, now that it is down on printer screen I suppose it isn't that exciting. Well such is life. We love it and can't wait for the next adventure.
